rebuild kit for a olds marching trombone

I am in need for a rebuild kit for what I believe is a Olds marching trombone.

I have used “The Bandroom” before for rebuild kits for trumpets. I have found their website, but do not see the item that I want or a way to e-mail them a question.

Questions:
• Does anyone know of a way to contact “The Bandroom”.
• Does anyone know of other places that sell rebuild kits ?
• Does anyone know of a good way to verify that the item I have is a marching trombone?
• Is there another instrument that the valves match or are very close to the Olds marching trombone ?

This is the information that I know about the horn.
Name on bell = Olds
Bell diameter = 8’’
Slide shape = similar to a King 1130 flugabone.
I have seen a Olds marching French horn. This is not one.
