Latin Percussion LP009

Latin Percussion LP009 Description:

LP Cowbells are handmade in the USA using the same exact specifications developed by LP Founder Martin Cohen over 30 years ago. All LP cowbells are crafted from premium quality steel and specially developed tooling with careful attention given to the tolerance levels. A large variety of LP bells offers different pitches and sound characteristics designed to meet all musical needs and fit into any genre. All mounted cowbells feature the famous forged eye-bolt clamp assembly with oversized wing nuts that provide secure placement on 3/8" diameter mounting rods with only finger tightening.

This uniquely innovative patented bell starts with the Sergio Salsa Cowbell and features a yellow JenigorŪ plastic bar across the top edge which is secured with specially designed rivets. The Jenigor bar has a dampening effect on the sound which eliminates the need to attach unsightly duct tape to remove unwanted overtones. It resists the denting that inevitably occurs when stuck with a drumstick. It is similar to the Rock Ridge Rider but with a deeper sound.
