Peavey QW 1 The QW® 1 is engineered for the best performance on the market today. It is designed for the top end of a 3-way or 4-way professional high performance sound system. When coupled with a QW® 215 and QW® 218 low frequency enclosures, this 4-way system can reach sound pressure levels of 140 dB continuous. The QW® 1 is ideal for stadiums, arenas, concerts, theaters, cruise ships, etc. Patented technology leads the way in this system. It incorporates two high power mid-range drivers with 4 inch voice coils, a patented titanium compression driver with ferrofluid cooling coupled to a constant directivity horn with patented Quadratic Throat Waveguide™ technology. The enclosure has a durable Hammer Head™ finish and multiple flying points. Connections are made through a Neutrik® Speakon® connectors. Extra compact trapezoidal design for arraying.
