LP Galaxy Giovanni Series Wood Bongos are the finest wood bongos in the music world today. Now crafted of sonically superior North American Ash, they have been manufactured to ensure virtually invisible glue joints, which are the result of precision stave fabrication during the assembly process.

The 7-1/4" and 8-5/8" natural rawhide heads have been hand-picked for quality. The LP Galaxy Giovanni Series Wood Bongos have a steel backing plate to help avoid cracks from occurring in the bongo shell that can develop when players in the Salsa genre drop their bongos to the floor and begin playing their bongo cowbell.

All LP Galaxy Giovanni Series Wood Bongos have 5/16" diameter tuning lugs carefully formed to hug the shell making them as comfortable for playing as possible and are complimented with plated cast aluminum bottoms. LP Galaxy Giovanni Series Bongos are available with gold tone or chrome hardware with LP Comfort CurveŽ II Rims. They are a great compliment to LP Galaxy Giovanni Series Congas.
